![]() ![]() I spent plenty of money on this game just to be met with BRAINDEAD customer support and a broken game that can’t even launch after days of looking for a solution. Spends the next 2 days looking for solutions and the only thing Rockstar can tell me to do is validate my files. Go to launch game and am met with rockstar launcher buffering for over an hour with no progress. ![]() Wake up to launch game, have to install Rockstar launcher and social club. I download GTA 5 on Epic Games, wow 115gb guess I’ll wait tomorrow. I’ll give you a step by step just because I know Rockstar tends to get confused with the simplest of things. Cheers rockstar, you guys are absolute champs! Used a few days of annual leave for nothing. By this rate this will probably never be fixed. 1 generic email not even addressing my issue every 48 hours isn’t good enough rockstar. But we still had better response times of around 8hours max. I used to work for WB Games as a customer service representative and I was assigned to Game of thrones conquest, the worst mobile game there is. This company won’t get a single penny off of me anymore. So this was a good indicator that they haven’t read my emails. Basically they asked me to reply to the ticket from my email account to verify that the email I have used to raise the ticket is my email address.I have told them that I am not able to log into social club so I was sending my ticket through my email app anyways. ![]() I sent a support ticket because I think my account has been compromised by the hacker, and the response I got from them was just a generic template. I tried Monday Tuesday Wednesday and today Thursday and I still haven’t received a single pw reset email from them. I then tried to send a password reset link, even though I knew that the password was correct. ![]() After that social club wouldn’t let me log into my account anymore telling me I have either used the wrong password or the account doesn’t exist. Up to the extend where I just tried to verify/repair the game files. Cut a long story short, I then tried to launch the game on Monday, and the game just constantly crashed. The hacker constantly killed me, spawned a ton of lions around me and then went and changed my character into a UFO(which I thought was kinda funny for 2 min or so). Well except for a hacker constantly targeting me. even though I had no problem playing on the Friday night a week before. Well I then started the game on Monday and it was constantly giving me error messages etc. I had a few days off work and I thought I’d play some Red Dead with a friend.
